The hotel offered great facilities like a gym and spa, making it a great destination for relaxation. the location was ideal for shopping and exploring the area.
The noise levels were quite high, making it difficult to fall asleep at night. some of the staff had limited English proficiency, which made communication a little challenging.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was fantastic - walking distance to the market and night market, as well as being conveniently located near the buggy station for the church and Fansipan monorail station. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. We really appreciated the free shuttle transport from the hotel to the center of the city, the St. cathedral, and the Sapa Station.

During my new year stay, I was impressed with the clean and new facilities. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety of options. The location was the best part, as it was within walking distance to the market and night market, which was great for exploring and experiencing the local culture. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay pleasant.
There were a few negative aspects which I disliked. Communication was an issue as some staff members had difficulty understanding me due to language barriers.

I was pleasantly surprised by the super comfy bed and pillows at Lotus Aroma Sapa. The brand new hotel had a nice breakfast and its location next to the market made it perfect for getting street food for dinner. I would recommend this hotel.
